Resumen
The following research comes from the experience that was gained during practice onthe Employee Fund of the Colombian Red Cross Sectional Cundinamarca and Bogotaacronym Fecruz, which is an organization of shared economy; where the objective of reducing the sales process of emergency elements and industrial safety products, through the e-commerce platform that mitigates the purchase funnel that is generatedto the customers. The basic concepts of e-commerce were applied to improve the process of buying forthe primary customers; where the importance to the company of selling emergency items or industrial safety products is highlighted; Additionally, the methodology used for conducting research is specified; through the documentation produced through surveys and diagrams findings yielded evidence of the need to implement newstrategies to drive higher sales. Diagrams generated by tabulating the results were analyzed, they helped realize the specific objectives. It is here that the opportunity to implement the research was identified; since these results showed the necessity of replacing the current sales process due to the purchase funnel, and incorporate e-marketing activities that add greater value to the current process.
