The present work is carried out with the intention of helping to solve the problems that the company Jumana Flores y Follajes S.A.S faces today, these problems of character of sales concentration are increasing the risk of loss of profits, for this reason by means of the analysis of economic, political and commercial variables of one country of the European Union (Netherland) that was chosen under the parameters of export, of the target, product, quantity and volume. It is sought to give an overview of the market to be able to perform successful export of foliage; that selected country will look at the different aspects that affect the penetration of a market, their viability, conditions among other variables of a qualitative nature; for the elaboration of market research, institutional and public bases were used, such as Bacex, the WTO (World Trade Organization), the World Bank, the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency), newspapers and economic reports issued by international institutions. With what it is written the conclusions of the research focused on the company and how it could solve its obstacle for exporting to a new market.
