Resumen
This paper contrasts the implementation of the Gloria Group's Corporate Social Responsibility as a model of shared value in business processes, establishing the impact on traditional approaches (economic-social), free market, environment, corporate governance, quality of life and active community participation, taking as a point of reference the projects led and carried out by the company to generate a contribution, contribute to progress and meet needs. For this reason, postulates such as Howard Bowen, Peter Drucker, Milton Friedman and Daniel Bell will be used in order to understand the theoretical part of Corporate Social Responsibility and its applicability. Then we proceed with the analysis of the methodology of Gloria Group versus Alpina Group to conclude with the recommendations that are suggested based on the objectives of sustainable development.
