This work presents an academic proposal for the Uniempresarial aiming the generation of value for the establishment and the work positioning of the professionals in finance in Bogota (Colombia). The objective is to involve in its education offer the use of new technology through the Artificial intelligence (A.I.) , being at the forefront respecting the exigence of the academy and the market. To achieve this outcome, a rigorous analysis was realized in two phases, aqualitative and a quantitative developed in 7 months, investigating and knowing the realities, needs, expectations and proposal of the academy, the market, the students and the professors. The A.I. is currently considered as one of the greatest tools for the development of the mankind moreover for some companies this is becoming an big topic of interest and an opportunity for the politics and the researchers that believe in its potential for the security and optimization the unlimited economics prospect with the implementation of the A.I. . Finance is deeply impacted by the implementation of the A.I., this transformation must be followed by the evolution of the process in the higher education institutions and require to the professionals and the institution to be prepared and updated. Therefore this work is a reflection and an invitation for a change and an evolution for the new professionals in finance for a better work positioning.
