The business plan is based on creating a marketing agency that attach technology, a new forms to do marketing, with the senses, in such a way that virtual, face-to-face and outsourcing services can be offered, for this a complete work team, strategic alliances, and collaborations are required. In order to improve brand recognition for entrepreneurs, NGOs and small companies. The target market presents three needs, on the one hand, the lack of brand recognition, since promotional events do not generate results or relationship with the senses of its customers. Additionally, clients have a great barrier in towards marketing agencies due to they don´t trust, as to results and corporate image management. These needs are a great opportunity for Tyre Agencia, a company that is led by entrepreneurs Vanessa León and Diego Buitrago, business administrators with experience in marketing and strategic business management. The strategy is focused in offering a personalized service to its clients, in such as way that they are offered what they really need to carry out the company brand to another level, increase sales and brand recognition.
