This article will address the study of the supply chain in a company in the industrial sector that is located in the savannah of Bogotá. This realizes the production and distribution of products of massive consumption, in which they can find disposable products in plastic as cup, containers, plates and caps. It starts with the collection of data to analyze the taking of orders, consolidation structure of the merchandise by address, the restrictions that have in the localities of Bogota and the restrictions that are had for the vehicles. Additional forms of work of each client will be validated, since it is an informal market and there is no control of inventories, presenting urgencies every day and requiring constant trips for each client. The case study will also focus on the analysis of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), where point number 9 will be discussed, which talks about Industry, innovation and infrastructure to be more efficient in the processes.
