Today we talk about artificial intelligence from the aspect of technological development focused on the industry or manufacturing of goods and services, but it is difficult to find AI services in education in Colombia, for this reason, this research aims to identify the benefits that the use of applications with artificial intelligence would bring in the academic processes at the university, discovering its history, state of the art, its risks, the most representative applications already used in education and academy worldwide, in order to publicize the definitions and possible solutions for its widespread implementation.

The purpose of this is to contribute in the construction of educational solutions for the 21st century, which as a case of study we will take the Fundación Universitaria Empresarial de la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá.
