An increase in globalization has generated a greater involvement of institutions in the internationalization of higher education, thus allowing competitiveness among institutions and students worldwide; Despite this, Colombia has not entered into an adequate method due to its lack of quality and access in education, since it has several national and international public organizations that promote, monitor, organize and ensure that these failures do not happen; Despite this, higher education in Colombia has not evolved enough to compete with other international institutions. In this way a change and an arduous work from Uniempresarial, will give motivation and competitiveness among the other institutions of the country; using internationalization as a useful tool in learning and involving new projects and cultures, expanding their participation worldwide and providing added value to those who are part of this institution. Participation in the Regional Conference on Higher Education is suggested to be carried out in 2018, in order to get closer and to incorporate in depth with institutions and countries that already developed their plan of action in internationalization and obtained positive results, it chooses the multilateral cooperation to be developed, as the ideal one to work on it, based on the agreements and exchanges that as a country already has. Thus the Fundación Universitaria Empresarial de la Cámara de comercio de Bogotá – Uniempresarial will have a distinctive value in the internationalization of higher education
