Resumen
The aim is to analyze the competences that for the university practice and in general for the job requires the productive sector through the triangulation of data that involves student-teacherentrepreneur, with special emphasis on soft skills. Likewise, a theoretical framework is elaborated and in general the German dual model is described taking into account the ease of access it provides to young people in the labor market. In the same way, the necessary concepts obtained from the research are integrated, for a better contextualization within the framework of the Colombia-Peru dual model, competences and Tuning project. An interview was conducted with students, teachers and entrepreneurs related to the Peruvian dual model, where they could learn about the training that is given from the classroom, the importance of the emphasis on competencies from the first semesters and the perception of this concept with entrepreneurs in Peru. It is concluded that preparing students adequately in both soft skills and technical skills is essential for good performance in the workplace.
