| dc.description | En este trabajo se buscará determinar la factibilidad del proyecto a través de la viabilidad financiera del mismo, a la vez que busca establecer las necesidades del perfil de los clientes y las características propias del mercado objetivo por medio de un Estudio de Mercado, a los que se prestarán los servicios de actividades recreativas como ‘Bumper Ball’, ‘Water Ball’ y ‘Zorb Ball’. El marco teórico define al Plan de Negocios que “consiste básicamente en un documento ordenado y detallado que se puede asociar con el concepto de un mapa, donde se describe la trayectoria operacional y financiera de una empresa” (UDLAP, 2005), de igual manera para resaltar la importancia de usar un plan de negocio se cita Longenecker en la que establece que lo usan “tanto los inversionistas como administradores para comprender mejor el negocio, el tipo de servicio que se ofrece, la naturaleza del mercado así como las características del empresario y del equipo” La metodología aplicada en la encuesta de mercado fue mixta (cuantitativa y cualitativa), realizado a través de un cuestionario estructurado en línea autoaplicado. Se realizó un tipo de muestreo No Probabilístico de conveniencia. El proyecto requiere de una inversión inicial de COP $ 35.350.000, con un Periodo de Recuperación de la Inversión (PRI) estimado en el tercer año de operaciones. El proyecto arroja una Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) del 25,16% que está dentro del margen de la Tasa de Oportunidad (TIO) del 25,0%; por lo tanto, obteniendo un Valor Presente Neto (VPN) positivo no significativo. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | This work will seek to determine the feasibility of the project through the financial viability of the project, while the search establishes the needs of the profile of clients and characteristics of the target market through a Market Study, which Recreational services as Bumper Ball, Water Ball and Zorb Ball will be provided. A nonprobabilistic type of convenience sampling was performed. The project requires an initial investment of COP $ 35.350.000 with an estimated Investment Recovery Period (IRP) in the third year. The project yields an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 25,16% which it is within the range of Opportunity Cost of 25,0%; obtaining a non-significant positive Net Present Value (NPV). | eng |
