The following paper exposes the business plan and financial viability of the creation of a consulting firm, and tax, accounting and financial off-site services for MIPYMES, which presents in detail the steps that must be followed to determine each of the important aspects, such as the objective of the company, the need that will be satisfied, the customer segment, and so on. All of this is supported by a market study executed previously, and from this, the projection of sales, costs and expenses that are necessary to cover all the financial requirements of the project. It is important to emphasize the need to perform a study process, prior to the creation of a business. Not knowing whether the project is feasible or not, can generate significant losses for entrepreneurs and investors.
